Lord, teach us to pray, and get results. Yes, teach us to pray to God and get God! Oh Lord, teach us to receive Thee and Thy Truth! Yes, teach us to receive Your peace, joy and grace! Come, show us how to reach the hem of Thy holy garment! And help us to walk in Thy ever-present wisdom and guidance. Yes, yes, Master of Masters, show us how to love as Thou loveth, how to pray and get perfect and immediate results, and to heal, and to have the faith that never fails! Yes, show us where to find the well — of pure Truth — that never empties. Yes Lord, teach us to pray in Truth, Power and Glory!
And, in my spirit, I can hear Jesus replying thusly: “My life is a prayer. The love of the Father, which is in my heart, is a prayer, as is my commitment to always follow God's will. And truly, truly, my faith and trust in God is my chief prayer. Oh, my beloved, you must know holy prayer doesn't begin just when you clasp your hands and cry ‘Abba,’ but perfected prayer is with your every thought in God and with your every breath of appreciation. Oh, my dear, loved ones, have you been with me so long and you know not this?”
Nevertheless, we must Love as God Loves and see as He sees!
And we need pray in the Truth of Being, in the knowing that God's Being is one with our being!
Pray in “Spirit and Truth,” and always affirm His Truth.
Yes, pray — knowing that only if it's true of God, is it true of you and I, whom have Being in God — and meditate on the Oneness of humankind and God!
